Automation Capabilities

KSI pulsed UV light systems are designed to provide multiple configurations that include automation, that utilizes actuators and sensors to perform complicated tasks. Sensors send the signal, and the actuator performs the action, or an actuator movement triggers a sensor to send an alert.

Sensors monitor environmental conditions, such as the intensity of the UV light, product passing on a conveyor, or temperature control. The input from the environment is converted to an electrical signal which can be interpreted by other pieces of equipment. Fume Extraction

KSI has integrated industrial indoor air purifier systems and fume extractors specifically designed to be used as industrial air cleaners and air purifiers for our pulsed UV light systems. Our air purification systems remove odor & harm fumes with a powerful blower, digital controls, an integrated gas sensor and a large capacity filter to effectively clean air and remove contaminants. The purification system has a small footprint and a brushless motor that generates a whisper like output of noise. Our air purification systems integrate in new or existing environments. Variable speed blowers and filter monitoring allow for implementation alongside our pulsed UV light systems. Sensors indicate when filters need to be replaced to insure safe operating conditions.
